Muña is a plant native to the Andes, known as the mint of the Andes. Muña essential oil is a pure product produced in Andean communities. This oil is obtained by a physical process of steam distillation. The oil is extracted from the aerial parts (leaves and stems) of the Muña plant and has the typical odorous characteristics of Muña.
